3 Must Have Essential Oils

It’s a great idea and beneficial to keep these 3 Essential Oils on hand:

Lavender Essential Oil

  • A couple drops directly on your skin to soothe the itch and sting of insect bites.

  • Apply instantly to a fresh burn to avoid blistering and scarring.

  • Relaxation, headache relief and a few drops on your pillow to help induce sleep.

Peppermint Essential Oil

  • Can offer headache relief; close your eyes while inhaling a few times.

    • Or add a couple drops to a tablespoon of your cooking oil and rub into you forehead, temples and back of your neck. Peppermint Essential Oil must be diluted before putting on your skin.

  • Add a couple drops to hot water to make tea and it may ease an upset stomach.

  • Need to focus? Add a few drops to your oil warmer, diffuser or to a clean tissue (inhale clarity, exhale random thoughts)

Tea Tree Essential Oil

  • Add a couple drops directly to cuts on your skin to keep infection away.

  • Add a drop to blemishes; take care to avoid area around your eyes.

  • Add a few drops to your shampoo to help relieve dry, itchy, flaky scalp.

Each Essential Oil has many other valuable uses; take some time to research them.
