  • For safety and hygiene reasons, SereneSassySoul cannot accept returns or issue refunds on herbal or aromatherapy products once the safety seal has been broken.

    If we make a processing error or your order arrives incorrect or defective, we will gladly make it right.     SereneSassySoul uses PayPal and Stripe to process secure payments. Please note that payments may occasionally take a few business days to clear. Orders are not processed until payment has cleared.
