My First Pickling Attempt

I’m doing whatever I can to replace the crunch potato chips provide; I use them to avoid grinding my teeth and to relieve anxiety. Even though I buy “healthy” chips (i.e. made with avocado, coconut or olive oil and low sodium), potato chips will never be a healthy snack. I’ve tried other crunchy snacks but none have provided the “stress relief” potato chips seem to.

I enjoy pickles however, I am always weary of the sodium content so I don’t usually buy them. I decided to make some to control the ingredients and to make them as healthy as possible. I’m proud to say that my first attempt is quite tasty. 🥳 I added the carrots as a bonus for extra crunch! I may have finally found my potato chip replacement, you know along with creating more peace in my life. Nothing would help if I didn’t continue to release the negative energy we all have to deal with from time to time.

I am grateful for all sources of inspiration, including the ones poisoning our food supply. 🧐

I’m sharpening my creative tools and doing my best to make something new at least a few times each week to gain and keep momentum. What are some things you do to stay focused and motivated to accomplish your goals?

Cheers to you and may your path be filled with delight and wonder!

Sending you Courage, Love & Peace,

Ayana
