3 Must have Essential Oils, you will thank me later!

It’s a great idea and beneficial to keep these 3 Essential Oils on hand:

Lavender Essential Oil

  1. A couple drops directly on your skin to soothe the itch and sting of insect bites.

  2. Apply instantly to a fresh burn to avoid blistering and scarring.

  3. Relaxation, headache relief and a few drops on your pillow to help induce sleep.

Peppermint Essential Oil

  1. Headache relief; close your eyes while inhaling a few times or add a couple drops to a tablespoon of your cooking oil and rub into you forehead, temples and back of your neck.

  2. Add a couple drops to hot water and ease an upset stomach.

  3. Need to focus? Add a few drops to your oil warmer, diffuser or to a clean tissue (inhale clarity, exhale random thoughts)

Tea Tree Essential Oil

  1. Add a couple drops directly to cuts on your skin to keep infection away.

  2. Add a drop to blemishes; take care to avoid area around your eyes.

  3. Add a few drops to your shampoo to help relieve dry, itchy, flaky scalp.

You know those times when you feel 😑 (meh) not bad, not good just 😑 and you can’t seem to shake it? Well a few drops each of Clary Sage & Bergamot Essential Oils in a diffuser will lift the heaviness and lighten your mood so you can get back to 😁.

You can also add a couple drops to a tissue and inhale a few times. When you’re done, fold the tissue and save for later…just in case.

When working with Clary Sage & Bergamot Essential Oils, I often gain much needed clarity to whatever has been weighing down my mind (cause of the 😑 state). Clarity allows me to move forward and progress makes me 😁.
